Editorial standards and corrections

How Florida Trip Radar develops travel guides, explains limitations and maintains public information.

Who publishes Florida Trip Radar?

Florida Trip Radar is a travel-planning property of Kurtz Global Entertainment Inc. The website contains original editorial planning guides alongside directories and services that may display information supplied by third parties. Editorial copy is reviewed and maintained by the publisher.

What our guides are—and are not

Our guides use comparative itinerary design, transport tradeoffs, publicly available official guidance and clearly described planning assumptions. We do not present a proposed itinerary as a route we have personally tested. We do not imply that writers visited attractions or paid for services unless explicitly stated and documented. Suggestions are not endorsements or paid rankings unless disclosed.

How information is checked

For safety-sensitive information, prefer official agencies such as the National Weather Service, local public transport authorities and Florida 511. For admission details, hours, event availability and venue policies, prefer the official operator. A linked source is not a guarantee that it remains unchanged.

What changes often

Ticket prices, lodging fees, restaurant hours, park capacities, transport schedules, transit disruptions, traffic conditions, beach access, weather forecasts and hazard warnings may change without notice. We try to distinguish evergreen guidance from dynamically loaded information. Travelers should verify current details before purchasing, departing or making safety decisions.

Publication and corrections

Each original guide displays its publication date. When a guide receives a substantive editorial update, its visible update date and structured metadata should be revised. Minor formatting edits do not count as fresh reporting. If you find a factual problem or outdated link, contact us with the page URL, the affected information, and a reliable correction source at our contact page. We review reported corrections and prioritize safety-related issues. We do not promise a fixed review interval.

Advertising and independence

Advertisements, when approved and displayed, are distinct from editorial guidance. Advertising arrangements do not automatically determine itinerary recommendations. Review our advertising disclosure and privacy policy for additional information.

Data and tool limitations

Our Smart Trip Builder uses on-device, rule-based planning suggestions from a curated set of Florida activity ideas. It does not check real-time ticket inventory, routes, trip durations, weather warnings or pricing. Weather and park information elsewhere on the site may depend on external APIs and can become unavailable. Failures should not be mistaken for clear or safe conditions.
